Evaluation visibility and sharing

EVAL uses a role-based access system to control who can view, run, edit, and own each evaluation. Access is managed through the Permissions settings on each evaluation.

Three visibility levels determine who can access an evaluation:

VisibilityWho can access
PublicAll EVAL members
AccountMembers of your account only
PrivateOnly collaborators you have explicitly invited

Evaluations default to private when created.

Collaborators are individuals who contribute to an evaluation’s development, maintenance, testing, or verification. The evaluation creator is automatically assigned as the owner.

  1. Open the evaluation in Builder or Player mode
  2. Select Permissions from the three-dot menu
  3. Click New
  4. Search for the member by name
  5. Select a permission level
  6. Send the invite

The invited member receives an email notification.

Click the member’s name badge in the Permissions panel, then select a new permission level from the dropdown.

Click the member’s name badge and select Delete. The individual immediately loses their library access to the evaluation.

Account Administrators always have access to every evaluation in the account, even if they are not listed as a collaborator.
