Charts Landing Page
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Charts landing page is your starting point for patient management. From here you create new patients, search and filter your patient list, and navigate to individual patient records.
Creating a New Patient
Section titled “Creating a New Patient”Click New Patient to add a patient to Charts. Two fields are required:
Age Range
- Neonates
- Infants
- Children
- Adolescents
- Adults (default)
- Older Adults
Gender
- Male
- Female
- Other
- Unknown
After entering these details and clicking Generate Patient Record, the patient appears in the patient list.
Searching and Filtering
Section titled “Searching and Filtering”Search Type characters from the patient’s first and/or last name. The list narrows to matching patients after the second character entered.
Filters Use the filter options to scope your patient list:

| Recent | Patients you have recently viewed |
| Deleted | Patients marked for deletion (retained for 30 days) |
| All Patients | All active patients (default view) |
Deleted Patients
Section titled “Deleted Patients”Patients marked as deleted are retained for 30 days before permanent removal. During this window they appear under the Deleted filter and can be restored. See Patient Identity for restoration instructions.
