Running Evaluations
Section titled “Running Evaluations”You run evaluations by selecting a patient and choosing the evaluation you want to administer. The evaluation loads the patient’s chart data and presents the clinical assessment workflow. As you complete the evaluation, Charts captures and stores the results against the patient’s record.
Reviewing Results
Section titled “Reviewing Results”After you complete an evaluation, the results appear in the patient’s chart. You review scores, responses, and any clinical output generated by the evaluation. Over time, you build a history of evaluation results for each patient, allowing you to track progress and identify trends.
Managing Multiple Evaluations
Section titled “Managing Multiple Evaluations”You can run multiple evaluations against the same patient. Each evaluation produces its own set of results, giving you a comprehensive view of the patient’s clinical profile across different assessment tools.
